Our leadership support does not end with our onsite management team!

SMS Healthcare’s leadership team is like no other! Our leadership team regularly visits to evaluate and inspect our services, aid in onsite training, instill company culture programs, and check the overall cleaning and disinfection. Because we develop from within, many of our leaders started in frontline positions and advanced to higher roles. They are not afraid to lead by example and do “whatever it takes” to keep our customers successful. We truly appreciate our customers taking the time to give feedback on our services. Because no two facilities are the same, we always want to customize our approach to best serve your facility’s needs. As mentioned before, we always strive to keep an open dialogue that will foster growth and better standards at each facility. SMS Healthcare understands that sometimes we need to make improvements. We work with our customers and onsite management team to develop customized action plans when needed. These action plans can include but are not limited to process updates for recruitment and hiring practices, employee engagement programs or company culture standards, technology or training implementation or improvements, and so much more. With these plans, the goal is to create trackable improvement expectations, updated and customized to reflect the facility's needs.
